How to Delete Your Data

Florivo is operated by McCartney Marketing LLC. You are always in control of your data. Here is how to remove it.

Option 1: Disconnect an account (instant)

Log in to Florivo, go to Settings, then Connected Accounts, and click the disconnect icon next to any Facebook or Instagram account. This immediately revokes that account's access and deletes its stored access token.

Option 2: Delete your entire account and all data

Email mccartneymarketingllc@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete My Data." Include your account email in the message. We will confirm your request, delete your personal data, and revoke all connected social media tokens within 30 days. We will email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Your profile information, connected account records and tokens, scheduled and published content records, analytics we stored on your behalf, and any ad campaign data we held for you.

Revoke from Meta directly

You can also remove Florivo at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings and Privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, or from Instagram under Apps and Websites. Removing Florivo there revokes our access to that account.
