Florivo ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by McCartney Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application and services at florivo.io.

When you use Florivo, we may collect the following information:

• Your name, email address, and profile information from Facebook/Instagram login
• Facebook Page and Instagram account data you connect to our service
• Content you create, schedule, or publish through our platform
• Analytics and engagement data from your connected social media accounts
• Ad campaign data when using our Ads Manager feature
• Payment and billing information processed through Stripe

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate our social media management services
• To schedule, publish, and manage content on your behalf
• To display analytics and insights about your social media performance
• To manage ad campaigns on your connected Meta ad accounts
• To send automated DM replies and manage comment interactions you configure
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve our services and develop new features

4. Data From Facebook and Instagram

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram accounts, we access data in accordance with Meta Platform Terms. We only request permissions necessary to provide our services. You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook settings or by disconnecting your account in Florivo.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) to publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf
• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Anthropic for AI-powered content generation features

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. Your social media tokens are stored securely and only used to perform actions you authorize.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data only for as long as your Florivo account is active. You can delete your data at any time in two ways. First, you can disconnect any Facebook or Instagram account inside Florivo at Settings, Connected Accounts, which immediately revokes that account's access token and stops all access. Second, you can request full deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing us at mccartneymarketingllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data." We confirm every request and complete deletion within 30 days. When we delete your account we remove your personal data from our systems and revoke all connected social media tokens. 8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke social media access at any time
